Investment Environment of North Korea and Policies for Investing in North Korea (Written in Korean)
Abstract
대북투자는 남북경제의 동질화를 촉진시켜 궁극적으로 경제통합에 기여할 뿐만 아니라 남북한 산업구조조정 문제의 해결에 활용함으로써 남북한 모두에게 큰 도움을 줄 수 있다. 북한은 언젠가는 반드시 진출하여야 하는 숙명적인 시장이라는 점에서 전략적 투자가치가 크며, 비교적 양질의 저렴한 노동력과 최근 지속되고 있는 투자법제의 개선노력 등을 감안할 때 상당한 투자매력이 있다. 그러나 시장성의 제약, 열악한 사회간접자본, 체제경직성에 기인한 기업경영의 불안정 등 투자위험도 매우 크므로 투자위험을 최소화하면서 남북경제의 동질화에 기여할 수 있는 투자방안을 모색하여야 할 것이다.
